TRUCK ACCIDENT: Big Rig Flips, Driver injured

San Joaquin County – The unidentified driver of the big rig that overturned near Manteca early Wednesday morning was brought to the hospital with minor injuries, reports said.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the big rig carrying dairy products overturned at about 4am in the northbound lanes of Highway 99 just north of East Lathrop Road and congested traffic.
The driver reportedly drifted to the shoulder lanes and tried to correct it causing the big rig to crash.
The northbound lanes had to be closed for around three hours as officers investigated and cleared the scene.
